Noble Sales Engine – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies solely to subscriptions for the Noble Sales Engine software platform (“Service”), provided by Noble Revenue, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Trial

New customers may be offered a 14-day free trial (unless otherwise stated).

You will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the trial, your payment method on file will be charged automatically for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

2. Subscription Payments

All subscriptions (Revenue Builder, Revenue Leader, Revenue Architect tiers) are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selection.

Charges recur automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

3. Refunds & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To give you full confidence in trying Noble Sales Engine, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (MBG) on your first subscription payment only.

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, you may request a refund by contacting support@noblerevenue.com

After the first 30 days, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Setup fees, onboarding fees, and add-on purchases are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting support@noblerevenue.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No prorated refunds or credits are given for partial months or unused time.

5. Failed Payments

If payment is declined, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service until payment is successfully processed.

You remain responsible for all outstanding charges.

6. Changes to Plans & Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or features at any time.

Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes before renewal.
