Terms & Conditions

Noble Revenue, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a Texas limited liability company, provides digital products, coaching services, events, and software platforms (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Business Entity & Governing Law

Noble Revenue, LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Texas.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Texas law, without regard to conflicts of law.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

2. Eligibility & Use

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate.

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Services Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future offerings, including but not limited to:

Digital Products – e.g., Noble Sales Playbook, Noble Gear (hats, shirts, mugs), webinars, downloadable materials.

Coaching & Consulting – 1:1 VIP Strategy Sessions, group coaching, proximity coaching, mentorship.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) – Noble Sales Engine platform subscriptions (Revenue Builder, Revenue Leader, Revenue Architect tiers).

Done-For-You (DFY) Services – Noble Growth Engine (outbound sales team).

Events & Retreats – Refuge Retreats and related in-person/virtual experiences.

4. Payment & Billing

Prices are listed on our websites and sales pages and may change without notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Nickel, Melio, ACH).

For subscriptions (SaaS), your card will be charged automatically each billing cycle until canceled.

Setup fees, onboarding fees, and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds vary depending on the product/service:

Digital Products & Merchandise (Playbooks, Gear, Webinars)

All sales final. No refunds once delivered or accessed.

Coaching (Group, Proximity, 1:1 Sessions)

Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, coaching purchases are non-refundable once the program begins.

Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice but are non-refundable.

SaaS (Noble Sales Engine)

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.

You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

No prorated refunds for unused time.

DFY Outbound (Noble Growth Engine)

Governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Unless stated otherwise in writing, retainers, set-up fees, and commissions are non-refundable.

Retreats / Events

Deposits are non-refundable. Balance refund policies (if any) will be disclosed at time of registration.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and maintain updated contact/billing details.

For coaching and DFY services, results depend on your participation and implementation; we do not guarantee outcomes.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or resale of our materials, software, or content is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, playbooks, funnels, automations, and training materials are the property of Noble Revenue, LLC.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal/business use during the term of your access.

Copying, redistributing, or reselling without written permission is prohibited.

8. SaaS Platform Terms (Noble Sales Engine)

The platform is delivered under a white-label license from a third-party provider.

You retain ownership of your own data (contacts, appointments, communications).

Upon written request, and subject to account standing, we will provide data exports or assist with sub-account transfers (fees may apply).

Abuse, spam, or unlawful use will result in account suspension or termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Noble Revenue, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
